These terms explain how Weblo provides website, Shopify and technical setup services for clients.

Scope
Weblo provides website design, Shopify setup, e-commerce support, technical configuration and maintenance services. Project scope, timelines, deliverables and costs are agreed before work starts.
Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate content, product information, legal policies, access credentials, approvals and any required permissions for assets supplied to Weblo.
Payments
Payments, deposits and milestones are agreed in writing. Third-party subscriptions such as Shopify, domains, hosting, email, apps and payment processors are paid directly by the client unless otherwise agreed.
Refunds and cancellations
Refunds, cancellations, deposits, maintenance plans and third-party costs are handled under our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Any statutory rights that apply to consumers are not affected.
Acceptable use
Projects must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy, which explains the business categories and project types Weblo can and cannot support.
